The school was born from the desire to create a learning space in which Portuguese is lived as a sensitive, rich, and creative experience for those who want to learn the Brazilian language.
We are a school that understands language as the living expression of history, art, identity, and the many ways of speaking, living, and thinking in Portuguese in the 21st century.
Our commitment is to Portuguese language learning and to the human, artistic, and cultural education of children and adolescents, young people, and adults, in different contexts and regions of the world.
For us, learning Portuguese also means learning to engage in dialogue with the richness of cultural diversity and the heritages that shape the language in its many variations and concrete social uses.
Our courses and activities
At Brasilidades, courses and activities are conceived as living learning experiences, in which language, art, and culture are inseparably intertwined. More than teaching Portuguese, we propose formative pathways that foster the social use of language, the construction of meaning, and the strengthening of identity, cultural, and intercultural bonds.
Our classes take place entirely online, in one-on-one sessions or in small groups of up to six participants, ensuring attentive guidance, sensitive listening, and personalized learning trajectories. The courses serve different ages, proficiency levels, interests, and goals, always defined through an 🔗initial pedagogical assessment.
